Cheese and Salsa Quesadillas Recipe
Quick and easy recipe using Discovery’s AMAZING Chilli and Jalapeno Tortillas.

Ingredients
Oil for greasing pan
1 pack Discovery Chilli and Jalapeno Tortillas
200g Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 jar Discovery Salsa
1 bunch spring onion, chopped


Method
Lightly grease a frying pan and put on the hob to heat up.
When hot place a flour tortilla in the pan, top with cheese, salsa and spring onions, and lay another tortilla on top.
Repeat with remaining ingredients
Cut quesadillas into wedges and serve
