Chocolate caramel tarts


Chocolate caramel tarts
Makes 6
Ingredients
* 1/2 cup caramel top n' fill filling
* 6 x 3cm good-quality tart shells
* 100g dark chocolate, plus extra shaved chocolate to serve
* 1/4 cup (60ml) pure (thin) cream

Method
1. Spread caramel in tart shells. Chill until needed. Place chocolate and cream in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water (don't let bowl touch water). When chocolate has melted, stir until smooth. Spread over caramel in the tarts and leave to set. Serve topped with shaved chocolate.
Notes & tips
* Caramel filling is from the baking aisle in supermarkets.
* We used Skycrest tart shells.
