
Passionfruit gelato
Preparation Time 10 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4)
    * You will need 4 passionfruit for this recipe.
    * 300g (2 cups) tropical fruit sorbet (Vitari brand),
    * softened slightly
    * 60ml (1/4 cup) fresh passionfruit pulp
    * 1 tbs caster sugar
    * 4 valencia orange shells (reserved from main)
Method
   1. Combine the sorbet, passionfruit pulp and sugar in a large bowl. Spoon evenly among orange shells. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
Notes & tips
    * Prep: 10 mins (+ 20 mins freezing time)
    * Leftovers: Use the tropical sorbet in fruit smoothies or serve with fresh fruit for dessert.
