Smoked ocean trout and dill pasta


Smoked ocean trout & dill pasta

Preparation Time 25 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4)
* 1 x 250g pkt dried tagliatelle
* 2 x 150g pkts smoked ocean trout (Springs brand), roughly flaked
* 40g baby rocket leaves
* 2 tbs fresh dill tips
* 1 tbs fresh lemon juice
* 2 tsp olive oil
* Freshly ground black pepper

Method
1. Cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain. Return to the pan.
2. Add the trout, rocket, dill, lemon juice and oil to the pasta and gently toss until combined. Season with pepper. Divide among bowls and serve immediately.
