Ingredients
* Spread 250g (2 cups) raw mixed nuts
* 1 tbs olive oil
* 1 tbs brown sugar
* 3 tsp curry powder
* 45g (1/4 cup) sultanas
* 1 x 100g pkt Chang's fried noodles
Method
1. Preheat oven to 170°C. Spread nuts over a baking tray. Drizzle over olive oil. Sprinkle sugar and curry powder. Season with salt and pepper. Toss until well combined. Bake for 7 minutes or until golden. Set aside to cool completely. Stir in sultanas and noodles.
Notes & tips
* Time plan tip: Make this recipe up to 2 days ahead. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
* Road trip tip: Transport the nibble mix in your picnic basket.
