Barbecued corn on the cob


Ingredients (serves 8)
* 8 cobs of fresh corn, husks removed
* 1 tbs olive oil


Method
1. Preheat a barbecue or chargrill to medium. Brush the corn with the olive oil and cook, turning frequently, for 10 minutes or until tender and golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
