
Ingredients (serves 20)
* 1 x 200ml bottle Angostura bitters
* 500g strawberries, hulled, halved
* 6 x 750ml bottles champagne, chilled
Method
1. Place 2 to 3 drops Angostura bitters into each base of 20 champagne flutes.
2. Place half a strawberry into each glass. Top with champagne. Serve.
Notes & tips
* Time plan: Up to 2 days before - Refrigerate champagne and drinks. As guests arrive - Prepare champagne cocktails.
