Though daiquiris come in every flavor from banana to strawberry, this classic lime—version is especially refreshing. Don’t be tempted to use bottled lime juice—it won’t yield the same flavor.
Ingredients Serves 1
~ crushed ice
2 ounces light rum
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
Directions
1. Place the crushed ice, rum, lime juice, and sugar in a blender and process on low speed for 5-10 seconds or until you have a slushy consistency.
2. Pour the daiquiri into a glass and serve immediately.
