Passionfruit, banana and vanilla yoghurt smoothies


Preparation Time 10 minutes

Ingredients (serves 2)
* 2 large overripe frozen bananas, peeled, coarsely chopped
* 250g (1 cup) natural yoghurt
* 185ml (3/4 cup) milk
* 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
* 2 tbs vanilla original Italian flavoured syrup (Fabbri brand)
* 1 passionfruit, halved, pulp removed, to garnish


Method
1. Place the banana, yoghurt, milk, ice-cream and vanilla syrup in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the smoothie evenly among 2 large serving glasses. Spoon over passionfruit pulp and serve immediately.

Notes & tips
* For a thicker, creamier smoothie, use frozen bananas in this recipe.
