Pears with yoghurt and honeycomb


Ingredients (serves 4)
* 825g can pear halves, in natural juice, drained, chilled
* 1 cup reduced-fat Greek-style natural yoghurt
* 50g bar chocolate-coated honeycomb


Method
1. Arrange pears in 4 bowls.
2. Spoon yoghurt over pears.
3. Roughly break honeycomb bar and sprinkle over yoghurt.

Notes & tips
* Hint: Combine honeycomb and yoghurt an hour before serving to allow flavours to combine.
* Hint: An easy way to break the honeycomb bar is to wrap the bar, still in its wrapper, in a clean tea towel. Use a rolling pin to hit the bar to break it up.
* Variation 1: Replace the pear halves with any of your favourite canned or fresh fruit such as peaches, cherries or apricots.
* Variation 2: This dessert is also delicious if you add the pulp from 2 passionfruit to yoghurt.
