Pink gin

Preparation Time 5 minutes

Ingredients (serves 6)
* 250g (1 punnet) strawberries, washed, hulled, halved
* 1L (4 cups) ruby-red grapefruit juice (Ocean Spray brand)
* 1L (4 cups) chilled lemonade
* 375ml (1 1/2 cups) gin
* 4 limes, halved, each half cut into quarters

1. Divide strawberries evenly among two ice-cube trays. Cover with water and freeze for 4 hours or until set.
2. Combine the grapefruit juice, lemonade and gin in a large jug. Add the strawberry ice cubes and limes, and serve immediately.

Notes & tips
* Prep: 5 mins (+ 4 hours freezing time)
