Strawberry blancmange


Makes 3

Ingredients
* 85g packet strawberry jelly crystals
* 375ml can evaporated milk


Method
1. Place jelly crystals in a large bowl, pour over 1/2 cup of boiling water and stir to dissolve crystals.
2. Cool slightly, then add milk and stir to combine.
3. Place three 150ml bear moulds* on a baking tray and carefully fill each mould with the mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
4. To serve, invert each mould onto a serving plate.

Notes & tips
* Begin this recipe the day before.
* From Woolworths supermarkets.
