Ginger Butter


Yield
Makes about 1/2 cup
Ingredients
* 1/2 cup unsalted butter
* 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
* 1 tablespoon minced green onion
* 1 teaspoon soy sauce


Preparation
Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat. Stir in ginger, and cook gently until ginger just begins to sizzle, about 1 minute. Remove from heat, and stir in green onion and soy sauce. Serve in individual butter warmers or small, heated ramekins.
