Ingredients
* 1 pound cooked small bay shrimp
* 1/4 cup mayonnaise
* 2 thinly sliced scallions
* 1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
* Salt and pepper
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine shrimp, mayonnaise, scallions, tarragon, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Serve chilled with rye crackers.
