Honey-Soaked Feta


Yield
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
* 3 ounces Feta cheese, in one block
* Fresh thyme sprigs
* Kosher salt
* Freshly ground black pepper
* 1/4 cup honey (preferably lavender)
* Lavender blossoms (optional)*
* 1/4 cup whole pecans


Preparation
Sprinkle the Feta with the thyme, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with the honey. Garnish with the lavender blossoms, if using, and pecans.

*Fresh blossoms are best, but if you use dried lavender, make sure it is for culinary use.
