Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Most moist and scrumptious cookies, they melt in your mouth

Ingredients
125g Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
125g Choc Chips (white and milk)
1 egg
1 3/4 cup SR Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt


Method
Cream butter then add white and brown sugar and Vanilla
Mix until dissolved
Mix in Egg
Then mix in Sifted flour and Salt
Add Chocolate chips
Roll into balls and evenly space on greased baking tray
Cook in 180C for 10-12 minutes
Let cool
Serves: Makes about 12
Preparation Time: 20 Miutes
Cooking Time: 10-12 Minutes
