YORKSHIRE PUDDING


YORKSHIRE PUDDING RECIPE
A must have with a roast beef dinner, take a look at this great Yorkshire pudding recipe.
Ingredients
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup milk
1 lightly beaten egg
3/4 cup plain flour
ground black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp beef dripping

Method
1. Place water, milk, egg, flour and pepper into blender jug, blend until smooth.
2. Place 1 tsp beef dripping in each of six muffin pans and heat until the dripping is sizzling.
3. Divide the batter between the muffin pans and cook for 10-15 mins in a preheated 220c oven. The puddings should be puffed and golden in colour
Serves: 6
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins
