Kakap ala Meuniere


Kakap Ala Meuniere Resep (Untuk 6 Porsi)
BAHAN:
* 600 Gram Daging fillet Kakap Potongan Besar
* Garam, Merica secukupnya
* 1 Sendok Makan Air Jeruk Nipis
* 75 Gram Tepung Terigu
* Minyak goreng secukupnya
SAUS:
* 2 Sendok Makan Mentega
* 1 Sendok Makan Tepung Terigu
* 250 ml Air + 3 Sendok Makan susu cair
* Garam, Merica
* 1 Sendok Makan Air Jeruk Nipis

SETUP SAYURAN:
* 3 Buah Wortel, potong
* 250 gram brokoli, potong kuntum
* 100 ml Air
* Garam, Merica, Gula secukupnya
* 1 Sendok Makan Mentega
* 150 Gram Kacang polong beku (semua setup sayuran Masak Rebus)
PELENGKAP:
* Peterseli, Tomat secukupnya
* 500 gram Kentang Beku, Goreng
CARA MEMBUAT:
* Daging Ikan dilumuri garam, Merica, Air Jeruk. Diamkan selama 10 Menit.
* Gulingkan di Tepung Terigu. Goreng sampai Matang.
* Sajikan dengan saus, setup sayuran, kentang goreng, peterseli, tomat.
SAUS:
* Panaskan Mentega. Masukkan Terigu. Aduk rata. Tuangi Air. Aduk-aduk sampai kental. Masukkan garam, Merica, Air Jeruk.
