Mini pavlovas

Mini pavlovas
Whip up these all-time Aussie favourites in a flash, without turning on your oven.

Preparation Time 10 minutes

Ingredients (serves 4)
* 100ml thickened cream
* 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 x 75g pkt frozen Calais Mini Pavlovas, thawed
* 1 small banana, peeled, thinly sliced
* 4 strawberries, washed, hulled, thinly sliced
* 2 passionfruit, halved

1. Use a balloon whisk to whisk the cream and vanilla in a medium bowl until soft peaks form.
2. Divide the cream mixture evenly among the pavlovas. Top with the banana and strawberry. Spoon over the passionfruit pulp to serve.

Notes & tips
* If you love chocolate, top the cream mixture with thawed frozen mixed berries and shaved chocolate instead.
