Grilled garlic, chive and sea-salt flatbreads


A tasty alternative to crackers, perfect with dips, cheese and antipasto.

Ingredients (serves 6)
* 1 garlic clove, crushed
* 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
* 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
* 3 lavash sheets or other flatbread
* sea salt


Method
1. Preheat oven to 190°C. In a small bowl, combine garlic, chopped chives and olive oil. Set aside.
2. Place lavash sheets on an oven tray and brush with the garlic and oil mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until crisp and golden. Remove from oven and set aside for 1-2 minutes to cool.
3. Break into large pieces, sprinkle with sea salt and serve immediately.

Notes & tips
* This garlic mixture can be brushed onto bread or a pizza base before toasting.
