Champagne passion cocktail

It's the biggest party night of the year and the best way to start a party is with a cocktail. Make sure you have a happy and safe New Year's Eve!

Preparation Time 10 minutes

Ingredients (serves 4)
* 60ml (1/4 cup) fresh passionfruit pulp
* 2 tsp caster sugar
* 375ml (1 1/2 cups) chilled sparkling wine


Method
1. Combine the passionfruit and sugar in a jug and stir until the sugar dissolves.
2. Pour the sparkling wine among the serving glasses. Spoon over the passionfruit mixture and serve.
