Watermelon Cooler slushy

I first had this drink during a scorching hot day in Bangkok, and I’ll never forget the gorgeous color and refreshing sweetness. One sip, and this may become your favorite way to eat watermelon!

Recommended Glass: Collins

Ingredients Serves 5 cups
4 cups ripe, seeded watermelon chunks
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
10–12 ice cubes

1. Place the watermelon, lime juice, sugar, salt, and ice cubes in your blender and process until slushy.

2. Pour into the glass and serve immediately

Preparation time: 5 minutes.
