Delhi Bellini Indian Champagne Drink

While a classic Bellini is made with peaches, the exotic “Delhi” version calls for mango. Stir the drink only briefly—excessive agitation will cause the bubbles to go flat.

Recommended glass: Champagne flute

Ingredients Serves 1
3 ounces chilled mango nectar juice
1 ounces chilled champagne

Directions
1. Chill the glass in the refrigerator, or fill it with ice for several minutes, then discard the ice.

2. Pour the chilled mango nectar into the glass. Add the champagne and stir gently.

3. Serve immediately.

Preparation time: Several minutes.
